Sisi reaffirms Egypt’s commitment to regional stability

Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has reiterated the country’s dedication to promoting security, stability, and peace in a region facing ongoing challenges. He emphasised Egypt’s diplomatic approach to crisis resolution, stressing the importance of safeguarding nations and their people through peaceful means.

During a visit to the Police Academy on Sunday evening, President Sisi extended Ramadan greetings to the students and shared an iftar meal with them and their families. He took the opportunity to praise the resilience of Egypt’s internal front, highlighting the government’s ongoing efforts to provide citizens with a dignified and secure life.

The president stressed the importance of awareness in countering threats and misinformation, calling for increased efforts to protect national security. He urged students and security personnel to remain vigilant and proactive in addressing challenges that could affect the nation’s stability.

President Sisi also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to institutional development, citing the transformation of prisons into rehabilitation centres as a key milestone in the Interior Ministry’s modernisation efforts. He highlighted this initiative as part of Egypt’s broader strategy to reform its security and correctional systems.

Speaking to the students, President Sisi encouraged them to strive for excellence and continuously develop their skills. He expressed his belief in their role as future leaders and commended their families for instilling patriotic values. He reaffirmed that Egypt’s security remains steadfast, thanks to the dedication and efforts of its people.
