Egypt’s largest listed real estate developer Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) says it plans to start executing the construction works of Four Seasons Hotel in its Mubarak-era residential flagship Madinaty city in New Cairo within 3 months.
Four Seasons Hotel project comes as part of the company’s scheme to invest around 14 billion Egyptian pounds ($795 million) within 2018, said TMG’s chief executive and managing director Hesham Talaat Moustafa on Monday.
“It (Four Seasons Hotel) is one of the most important development flagships,” Moustafa further told Amwal Al Ghad, adding that his company is set to pump investments worth about 6 billion pounds into this project.
