Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), one of largest real estate developers in Egypt, says it plans to complete the expansion works of Four Seasons Hotel flagship in Sharm El-Sheikh resort at the end of 2019.
Four Seasons Hotel is with investments estimated at around 4.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($255.5 million), TMG’s chief executive and managing director Hesham Talaat Moustafa told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.
“We have so far finalised 60 percent of the project’s expansion works,” Moustafa stated, adding that the project will be one of the biggest resorts in the world.
In November 2017, the official referred that Talaat Moustafa announced that the total cost of the project’s expansion works reached $213 million.
