Egypt’s real estate developer Wadi Degla Holding plans to deliver 2,200 housing units in its projects within 2019 and 2020, said chief executive Maged Helmy on Monday.
“We also seek to pump investments worth 5.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($304.8 million) into its flagships within the same two years,” Helmy further added.
Wadi Degla targets delivering 1,790 units in New Heliopolis City, north east of Cairo, within 2020 as well as increasing the accomplishment rates of the homes within the first quarter of the current year, he referred.
