El Nasr negotiates with Marriot international to manage two hotels in Alexandria

El Nasr For Real Estate Marketing, a subsidiary of Holding Company for Construction and Development, is negotiating with to manage to hotel towers located in a major project in Moharam Bek district, Alexandria with total investments worth 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds.

The company CEO Madiha Reda told Amwal Al Ghad that the project includes the construction of 6 huge towers, including two hotel towers and two towers for medical centers and small hospitals in addition to two administrative towers. The project also includes commercial areas distributed among the three towers on the ground and  the first floors besides an underground garage.

She added that the company seeks to start the initial constructions of the two tower hotels before the end of the first quarter of the current year.

Moreover, Arab Bureau for design and technical consultations has completed  the designs of the project, she said.
