El-Shams for Housing and Construction is considering the company’s decision regarding the participation of upper Egypt General Contracting in establishing 85 buildings in the 6th of October city.
A source reported that El-Shams has assigned a pre-organized committee to study this issue and declare its decision during the next week.
This can be attributed to the fact that El –Shams lacks sufficient liquidity for carrying out the project on its owner and without a partner.
The results of the company’s business during the first half of 2012 revealed that the company has achieved a net profit of EGP 2.133 million, recording a decline of 61.41%, compared to a net profit of EGP 5.524 million in the first quarter of 2011.
