Egyptian Elite Real Estate Consultancy Company has inaugurated a new branch in Nile Delta city of Mansoura, its chief executive Walaa Eltabakh announced on Wednesday.
Elite is seeking to sign contracts with a number of firms operating in Nile Delta governorates to market their projects, Eltabakh further said.
“We expect to achieve sales worth 100 million Egyptian pounds ($5.6 million) until next January from the new branch,” he added.
“The company’s marketing portfolio includes more than 60 projects in various activities for major developers in the local market,” he added.
Elite is also targeting 1.2 billion pounds in sales within the current year, he said, adding that the company’s plan focuses on executing projects in the country’s new administrative capital, New Cairo, North Coast, and Ain Sokhna.
