Egypt’s Elite Real Estate Consultancy Company has sold around 25 percent of the units of its medical and commercial flagship The Core in New Cairo, at a value estimated at 30 million Egyptian pounds ($1.7 million).
Elite is currently developing The Core in partnership with the country’s Bedaya Real Estate, said Bedaya’s chairman Khattab on Sunday, adding that the project will be completely sold within a timeframe of six months, at a value worth 120 million pounds.
“The Core is established over 1,700 square metres,” Khattab further stated, referring that the project’s built up area is 4,000 square metres.
