This modern technology will be used in Egypt for the first time by one of the biggest companies which has a license for operation, with the aim of facilitating using telephone, television, and internet through one exit, which would provide  advanced telecommunication services, high-speed internet, a number of interactive services, in addition to services for water and electricity connections control.

Mohamed Dahan, CEO of Emaar Egypt, stated that Emaar will start employing new technologies in its residential compounds, given that the  Uptown Cairo apartments will be delivered during the upcoming weeks, while the  delivery of the apartments in Marasi has started last year.

He added that the company pays attention to both small and big details, starting from the infrastructure works and up to the most accurate details in each apartment with the aim of facilitating the daily life for its inhabitants.

Dahan also pointed out that Egypt has incurred all the costs of network installation and offered each house an access for immediate use on its own expense.

The Triple Play” technologies will allow its users to enjoy a new taste of  life. In addition to using services such as television, telephone, and  high-speed internet, the residents will also be offered new services such as electronic measurement of water and electricity meters by linking them to the main network of fiberglass which would, in turn, monitor the loads and predict failures before they occur.
