Emaar Misr concludes contracts worth 1.7m with contractual companies in 2011

Emaar Misr has concluded contractual contracts worth LE 1.7 million with companies, during 2011, including a contract worth 567 million for developing project: Up Town Cairo
located on an area of 4.5 million meter, at a height of 200 m2 above the sea surface, in addition to a contract for developing project: Marassi at the North Coast, on an area of 1544 acres, with an amount of 571 million pounds.
The General Manager of Emaar Misr, Hazem El Ashry, stated that Emaar Misr is currently implementing a new project called Mivida in New Cairo, on an area of 3.8 million meter. Central Park Garden is centered in the middle of this project on an area of 33 acres.
