Emirates NBD Egypt pre-tax profits at EGP 1.338 billion in 9 months

Emirates NBD Egypt said on Sunday its profits before tax reached around 1.338 billion Egyptian pounds ($85.5 million) for the first nine months of the year.

Last year, bank made nine-month profits before tax worth 1.734 billion pounds.

Net profit for the January-September 2020 period recorded 945.348 million pounds, compared with 1.361 billion pounds for the same period last year.

Customers’ deposits rose to 47.692 billion pounds at the end of September 2020 from 44.718 billion pounds at the end of December 2019.
