Event to carry out first phase of Aqua Plaja North Coast early 2018

Egypt’s property developer Event for Real Estate Company says it plans to start executing the first phase of its flagship Aqua Plaja in North Coast early 2018.

With investments worth 80 million Egyptian pounds ($4.5 million), the first phase will be built over three feddans, out of 11 feddans, the space of the whole project.

Amr Ammar, Event’s managing director, said Sunday the first phase is to include 300 chalets, varying between apartments and villas, with spaces ranging between 55 square metres and 216 square metres.

The first phase will be delivered within two years, the Egyptian official added.
