Four Seasons expands in Egypt with three luxury hotels
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with collaboration of real estate development company Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), has announced plans to expand its business by launching three luxury hotels in Egypt.
In addition to that, many new hotels, residential offerings and significant property enhancements.
Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo Architects (WATG) will lead the design of the building, with Wimberly Interiors overseeing the interiors.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty and Four Seasons Hotel Luxor will be launched in this phase of strategic growth.
Both hotels are building upon the recent multi-million-dollar enhancements at Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh, which multiplied the property’s offerings from 69 private residences to 77.
Madinaty hotel scheduled to operate by 2025, which occupies 185 hectares and include 346 rooms and suites, while the private residences will consist of 107 villas and 80 luxury residences.
Luxor hotel expected to open at the same period as it will offer 200 rooms and suites, each with views of the Nile River, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens.
The hotel will also include multiple restaurants, a spa, a fitness centre, several pools, luxury retail, a kid’s program.
In addition to that will feature a young adult’s centre and event space of an area 1,300 square meters.
Four Seasons will now manage over 300 private residences across several markets in Egypt.
