GIG Insurance named best non-life insurance company in Egypt

Arab Misr Insurance Group (GIG) has been awarded as the best non-life insurance company in Egypt for 2015 by Global Banking & Finance Review Magazine, Alaa El-Zohairy -GIG’s managing director- announced Wednesday.

GIG has managed to maintain its credit rating at BBB and financial strength rating at B++ ‘Good’ by A.M. Best, with a ‘stable’ outlook, El-Zohairy added.

Global Banking & Finance Review Magazine has also awarded Commercial International Life Insurance Company S.A.E. (CIL) as the best life insurance company Egypt for 2015. Additionally, the global magazine awarded Gras Savoye Re International as best reinsurance broker in Egypt for 2015.
