Gulf Co. finishes “Reem” Project by the end of 2013 with EGP 800 m investments

Gulf Real Estate Development co. will execute “Reem” Project, in Juhayna Square in October 6^th City, by the end of 2013 with EGP 800 million investments, through self-financing, on a 56 feddans area.

Ahmed Aly, marketing manager, said that the project includes 400 villas, on areas ranging from 200 to 600 m², with a total area of 56 feddans. The project, based on smart buildings system, includes a commercial center on a 3 feddans area, with EGP 150 million.
