The majority of the Gulf markets closed high on Wednesday with Dubai’s main index, DFM, rising by 0.06 percent to 3577.77. The index gained 2.21 points, recording a day high value of 3586.01 and a day low value of 3566.58.
Boursa Kuwait 50 soared by 0.35 percent to close at 5606.82, after it gained 20.01 points. It recorded a day high value of 5637.56 and a day low value of 5567.56.
Qatar’s main index, QE All Shares, inched up by 1.54 percent to 3,502.39. The index gained 52.99 points, recording a day high value of 3,507.66 and a day low value of 3,443.12.
The Saudi main index, However, dropped by -1.38 percent to 11,063.70. TASI lost 154.91 points, recording a day high value of 11,159.39 and a day low value of 11,039.16.
Abu Dhabi’s main index as well fell by a percentage of 0.25 percent. FTSE ADX General closed at 9644.95, and lost 24.18 points. It recorded a day high value of 9680.7 and a day low value of 9644.9.
