Hamzawy refuses any Military Intervention in “Constituent Assembly”

In his respond to the statements of Sameh Ashour- Lawyers Syndicate Chairman- in which he called for military intervention in order to resolve the crisis of “constituent assembly”, Dr Amr Hamzawy, Member of Parliament, said he refuses any military intervention.

During “Constitution for all Egyptians” conference, which started this morning at Journalists Syndicate, Hamzawy announces his refusal to any new roles for the Supreme Council of Armed Forces (SCAF).

He calls for the necessity of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt’s intervention to resolve the crisis of the assembly.

He refused also the absence of the different movements of society from the assembly; referring that the committee is dominated by the party’s representation, which heats arguments during the current period.
