Hisham Ramez Named CBE’s Governor For His Competence: Ezz Al-Arab

The Commercial International Bank (CIB) announced that its chairman Hisham Ezz Al-Arab will assume the responsibility of Hisham Ramez, the former deputy chairman and managing director, who has been recently named the Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

Ezz Al-Arab affirmed that Ramez, who was appointed at CIB from a year, was chosen to the new position for his well-known competence and great experience in banking industry currently required for the Egyptian economy in general and CBE in particular.

CIB is committed to cooperate with all banks in Egypt to support the new Governor of CBE in order to be able to solve the current economic crisis.
