The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), which is affiliated to the Ministry of Housing, has announced new facilities for the applicants who won the second public auction which was opened from the 17th of last April to the 19th of May. These facilities include that granting a one-month grace period for the winners to complete the procedures required for receiving the plots such as making the down payment, in addition to paying off the postdated checks. In one of its statements, NUCA added that it has approved these facilities based on the demands of the applicants who won the second public auction of the Social Housing plots.
