Egypt’s investment dispute settlement committee has resolved 27 discords during its monthly meeting held this week, out of 31 disputes, Investment Minister Sahar Nasr said on Wednesday.
The committee has settled important investments disputes that have sparked between number of companies owned by Egyptian and foreign investors and government bodies because of the terms of the contract.
Headed by the justice minister and included ministers of housing, investment and international cooperation, trade and industry, finance, and local development as members, the decisions of the committee are binding to all state authorities.
