Israel strikes UN facility in Gaza

Israel struck a United Nations facility in Gaza City, where hundreds of Palestinians are taking refuge to escape the war.

The UN said that the strike killed and injured a number of civilians.

“The shelling has reportedly resulted in a significant number of deaths and injuries,” the United Nations Development Programme said in a statement late Saturday.
