Egypt’s Delta Sugar firm reports rise in profits by 91%

Egypt’s Delta Sugar company has recorded 1,404,495,987 Egyptian pounds in the first nine months of 2023, recording a 91 percent increase at the same period of 2022, according to CNBC Arabia reported on Sunday.

The company’s sales grew by 80.2 percent to 5.56 billion pounds from January to September, compared to about 3.08 billion pounds during the same period in the previous year, the report added.
