Egypt’s Hwaidak Hotels Group is preparing to launch the third phase of Jasmine Palace Resort with total investments up to EGP 30 million by the beginning of the next year as to finalise this phase by 2017.
General Manager of jasmine palace resort Group Mohamed Saeed said the total value of investments is EGP70 million until now and it is schedule to up EGP100 million by 2017 by finalising the third phase so that the hotel capacity will reach 1200 chambers.
The total investments value of the second phase became EGP40 million which will be finalised by the mid of next year, so the total number of chambers will be 800 for receiving Incoming tourism in Hurghada.
Moreover, Saeed asserted that the tourist conditions improved largely, stressing that by the beginning of the year occupancy rates will reach 100% in conjunction with the new year celebrations as result of relative political and security stability in Egypt.
