The Kuwaiti dinar has hit a new remarkable record against the Egyptian pound during the early trading of Tuesday. The Kuwaiti dinar’s price rose by 0.07% to hit EGP 24.1017 for buying and EGP 25.0136 for selling, compared to Monday’s levels of EGP 24.0839 for buying and EGP 24.9952 for selling.
Belal Khalil – Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Exchange Division of the Federation of the Chamber of Commerce – said the rise in the Kuwaiti dinar’s price is coinciding with another rise in the US currency, for the latter has hit EGP 6.94. Khalil explained that the Kuwaiti dinar’s price against the US dollar is US$ 3.4.
Khalil further noted that the Kuwaiti currency has hit a new record crossing the level of EGP 25 in forex firms.
