MBG in talks to execute medical centre in Egypt new capital
Egypt’s property developer Master Builders Group (MBG) is in talks to get a land plot to carry out a global medical centre in the country’s new capital, said its chairman on Sunday.
The medical centre, MBG’s second project in the new capital, will be executed over five feddans, with initial investments of 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($139.2 million), Mahmoud Al Adl told Amwal Al Ghad.
“We target contractual sales worth 2.5 billion pounds from our first residential flagship Pukka in the new capital,” Al Adl earlier said.
Spanning over 50 feddans, Pukka is set to include 50 buildings, varying between 1,500 housing units with spaces ranging between 112 square metres and 230 square metres and built-up area of 22.5 percent, he added.
