Microsoft CEO to meet Egypt’s Sisi and Premier today

Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft Corp., will be meeting Tuesday with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Sherif Ismail to discuss means to boost Microsoft’s investments in the country.

Nadella is currently visiting Egypt to attend a Microsoft conference scheduled on Wednesday.

Last October, Egyptian communications minister Yasser El-Kady announced that worldwide leaders in IT and electronics, Cisco, Microsoft, and Mentor Graphics expressed readiness to boost volume of investments in Egypt. This came after his meetings with official representatives of Cisco, Microsoft, and Mentor Graphics.
