Minister of Housing reviews sales performance of new urban projects

Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny held on Sunday a high-level meeting to assess the sales and marketing performance of key projects under the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). The discussion, attended by officials from Founders Real-Estate Company, centered on boosting investments and accelerating occupancy rates in Egypt’s new cities.

The minister emphasised the government’s commitment to maximising returns on major housing and urban development projects while ensuring wider accessibility to diverse income groups. With a surge in new residential developments, the Ministry is keen on enhancing marketing strategies to drive sales and optimise urban investments.

During the meeting, Minister El-Sherbiny reviewed sales figures, explored new investment prospects, and reaffirmed plans to expand public-private partnerships. The government is actively working on attracting broader investment models to sustain urban growth and strengthen Egypt’s real estate sector.
