The New Aswan City Authority is set to offer 1,400 feddans for the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to put out in a public land tender.
Land to be offered is distributed as follows: 350 feddans of investment in the region south of Alahyaa district, 150 feddans in the Third District, 200 feddans bounded by the area between the neighborhoods IV and V, 255 feddans in the entrance to the city, and 100 feddans along the borders of the city, said Mustafa Said, Head of the New Aswan City Authority.
This is in addition to 145 feddans dedicated to economic housing and 200 acres along the eastern end of the city, Said added
Approximately 60 percent of land offered will be earmarked for services, trading, entertainment, and educational, and 40 percent will be for residential projects.
