Cairo-based property consultant firm New Avenue on Wednesday will promote more than 100 Egyptian real estate projects at Everest Real Estate Exhibition in Kuwait, its chairman said.
The exhibition will be organised by Everest Real Estate Investment Company at Regency Hotel in Kuwait from October 17th to 20th.
New Avenue is marketing new projects for a number of Egyptian giant property development companies, including Misr Italia Properties, Better Home Group,
and Orientals for Urban Development (OUD), an affiliate to Oriental Weavers, Ahmed El-Dessouky said.
“We are targeting sales worth more than two billion Egyptian pounds ($111.4 million) in favour of a bunch of developers at the end of the current year,” said El-Dessouky.
“New Avenue is launching a mega bundle of projects for major real estate firms operating in the Egyptian market,” he said.
These projects are located in Sixth of October, New Cairo, New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal cities as well as Ain Shokhna and North Coast resorts, El-Dessouky added.
