NUCA to execute New Alamein’s 7,000 housing units among Iskan Misr
Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) says it is planning to carry out 7,000 housing units, including 300 buildings in New Alamein City, northwest of Cairo, as part of the state’s Iskan Misr flagship.
These units are set to be completely executed within one-year timeframe, said NUCA’s vice chairman Abdel Mottaleb Mamdouh on Saturday.
NUCA is currently mandating the implementation of 80 buildings to three firms, Mamdouh further stated, adding that his authority is establishing around 2,000 luxury housing homed in New Alamein City.
