Orascom Development sees EGP3.5bln in O West sales during 2019

Orascom Development Egypt (ODE) has achieved total sales of 3.5 billion Egyptian pounds in its flagship O West  during the first 9 months of 2019, its CEO Khaled Bichara said.

He added that the company is set to start the construction works of the project during the first quarter of 2020 and deliver the units  within three years.

He added that the company is currently working concluding contracts for the facilities of the educational zone, the sports club, retail centers, the medical area, the hotel area and many other vital services, which will be announced successively during 2020.

O-West is a public-private partnership project (PPP) in collaboration with New Urban Communities Authority, an agency under Egyptian Ministry of Housing.

The fully-fledged residential project is spanning over 1,000 feddans or 4.2 million square metres, O-West is to include a bunch of medical and entertainment centres as well as housing units, varying between villas and apartments.
