Egypt’s property developer firm Orientals for Urban Development (OUD), an affiliate of Oriental Weavers, has launched its latest flagship Azadir Compound in New Cairo, said owner Mohamed Farid Khamis on Tuesday.
“Azadir Compound will be executed on a total space of around 69,550 square metres,” Khamis further added.
The Egyptian official referred that his company seeks to be the real estate developer number one in the world.
Established in 2000 by presidential decree No. 191, New Cairo city is located on the southeastern edge of Cairo Governorate, 25km (15.5 miles) from Maadi.
