Egypt’s petroleum sector plans to attract Arab and foreign investments in oil and gas industries field notably in petrochemicals and refining projects, petroleum minister Tarek El-Molla said Tuesday.
The government is set to present investment projects for investors and foreign firms within the upcoming period, the minister stated.
El-Molla added that there are a lot of opportunities and fields by which Arab cooperation projects in oil sector could be enhanced to achieve mutual interests for Arab states and supporting the economic relations since they own all potentials of making such projects succeed.
The minister noted that the ministry keeps boosting investments of gas and oil explorations and discoveries through issuing international auctions to attract more investments.
