Pro-Palestinian protesters in front of Israeli Consulate in Los Angeles
In Los Angeles, pro-Palestinian protesters gathered on Wednesday in front of the Israeli Consulate in support if Gaza children and painted the building with red colour, symbolising the blood of murdered Palestinians.
The protesters also posted photographs of children killed during Israeli shelling of the Strip, along with personal information and dropped off hundreds of symbolic dolls in the embassy’s garden. They continued their sit-in throughout the evening.
Authorities in Gaza said on Tuesday that the death toll from Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave has since risen past 14,500, including more than 5,800 children and 3,900 women.
