Egypt’s Rofaida Real Estate has carried out 50 percent of the second phase of its flagship Row Marina Resort in North Coast, chief executive Amr Abdel Aziz said on Sunday.
The property investment firm marketed 75 percent of the second phase that is set to comprise 270 chalets, Abdel Aziz said, adding that this phase is expected to be completely promoted within a two-month timeframe.
“The project, which is being developed over 20,000 square metres in two phases, will include 16 buildings and 450 chalets with spaces ranging between 50 and 125 square metres, besides a mosque and commercial mall,” he said.
The company has so far implemented around 80 percent of the first phase of Row Marina that will be finalised within 2020, Abdel Aziz added.
