Egypt’s property investment firm Rofaida Real Estate has launched the second phase of its flagship Row Marina Resort in North Coast, vice chairman Ramy Abdel Aziz said on Tuesday.
Spanning over 20,000 square metres, the project will include 16 buildings, 450 chalets with spaces ranging between 50 and 125 square metres, and a bunch of restaurants as well as a mosque and a commercial mall.
“Row Marina is being developed in two phases,” Abdel Aziz said, adding that Rofaida had marketed the project’s first phase that encompass 270 apartments.
