Rolin to execute two property flagships in Cairo before end-2017

Egypt’s General Construction Company- Rolin is planning to execute two real estate flagships in Nasr City and Old Cairo districts before the end of 2017, a source said Tuesday.

These projects will be implemented with total investments nearing one billion Egyptian pounds ($56.6 million), the source further told Amwal Al Ghad.

He added that the two projects are Rolin’s first real estate investment businesses in the local market as part of the company’s expansion scheme to launch more flagships.
