Russian stocks up on Tuesday midday

Russian stocks climbed during midday trading on Tuesday. By 15:15 Moscow time (12:15 PM GMT), the MOEX index had inched up by 0.08 per cent to 2,547.15 points, while the RTS index also gained 0.08 per cent, reaching 891.55 points.
