Russia’s National Wealth Fund hits $142.58b
Russia’s National Wealth Fund’s volume was approximately 12.3 trillion roubles ($142.58 billion) as of August 1, representing 6.4 per cent of Russia’s projected GDP for 2024, according to the Russian Ministry of Finance.
This represents a decrease from July 1, when the fund’s volume was 12.6 trillion roubles ($145.89 billion).
However, the Fund’s liquid assets increased to 4.665 trillion roubles ($54.01 billion), up from 4.603 trillion roubles ($53.3 billion) the previous month, marking an addition of about 61.8 billion roubles ($715.58 million).
