Saudi Arabia’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 2.8 per cent year-on-year in the third quarter of 2024, according to flash estimates released by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) on Thursday.
This growth was primarily driven by a significant increase in non-oil activities, which expanded by 4.2 per cent. Additionally, government activities registered a growth of 3.1 per cent, while oil activities experienced a modest increase of 0.3 per cent on an annual basis.
