Saudi Ambassador Visits Presidential Candidates Moussa And Bastawisi

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, Ahmed Abdelaziz Kattan, undertook, today, two visits to Amr Moussa and Judge Hisham Bastawisi, at their respective presidential  campaign head offices, to convey messages of reassurance from the Saudi leadership.

During the visits, Kattan conveyed best wishes from the Saudi leadership to all the presidential runners in Egypt, reiterating that the Kingdom,  resolutely stands at an equal distance from all presidential candidates. “The Kingdom genuinely hopes to see Egypt restore its security and stability,” reassured Kattan.

On their part,  Moussa and Bastawisi asked Kattan to relay a message of  appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, God bless him, reiterating their profound gratitude to the Saudi government for the remarkable support it has been providing to the Egyptian government and people.
