Saudi Mohammed Ashi opens first edition of Riyadh Fashion Week

Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi opened the first fashion-ever Riyadh Fashion Week, which took place on the evening of Oct. 20 in the Kingdom’s capital, connecting Saudi brands with local and international buyers.

The four-day event includes prominent designers Yousef Akbar, Atelier Hekayat, Adnan Akbar, and Tima Abid are among the many as they showcased their creations in this seminal event.

Riyadh Fashion Week aims to foster the vibrant local fashion scene and industry. It pledges to focus exclusively on local talent, setting it apart from many emerging style capitals.
