SCZone top management to donate 20% of salaries to fight coronavirus impact
The top mangment of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) are donating 20 percent of their monthly salaries for 3 months to the Tahya Misr ‘Long Live Egypt’ Fund in support for seasonal workers affected by coronavirus, its chairman Yehia Zaki announced.
The donation aims to contribute to the measures taken by Egypt to tackle the repercussions of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which greatly affected seasonal workers and their families.
The chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone added that this move reflects the authority’s efforts to support Egypt’s decisions to alleviate the impact of COVID-19 as part of its social responsibility.
