Shell to sell 37.5% stake in PCK Schwedt refinery – sources

Shell in talks to 37.5 percent stake in Germany’s PCK Schwedt refinery to Poland’s Unimot without specifying a potential price for the stake, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters on Monday.

This step came after Germany has placed the oil processor PCK, which supplies eastern Germany and parts of western Poland with gasoline, under the trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency and justified this with the security of energy supplies.
