Sisi calls for extraordinary parliament session to agree on major Cabinet reshuffle

Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has called on Saturday lower house of parliament – the House of Representatives to hold an extraordinary session for voting on a Cabinet reshuffle that compromises 13 ministerial portfolios.

Among the cabinet positions to be shuffled are the ministers of tourism, education, higher education, trade and industry, water and irrigation, emigration, manpower, and civil aviation.
