Dr Moahmed Selim Al Awa, Egypt’s presidential candidate, said the state of law, health, education and foreign affairs are on the top of my priorities in case of winning the presidential elections; assuring on the necessity of restructuring these institutions.
In his interview in “Akher Kalam (last words)” program, ONTV channel, Al Awa said I will give much consideration to education because the curriculums need outright modification and the teachers need training. “I’m not against private education, and the scientific subject shouldn’t be taught in English”, “the Arabic language is highly neglected” he added.
As for health, Al Awa said that “health is an integrated system as we adapted the private system of the World Health Organization (WHO), so the primary care should be set”. “All people have the rights of having health care”.
Regarding to Egypt’s foreign affairs, Al Awa said “we will not spoil our relations with the countries, but we will have strong ties for the nation’s interest”, “we will regain our relations with Arab countries and our leading role as well as our relations with African countries”.
Commenting on the elections committee’s decision, he said the higher presidential elections committee’s decision of halting its work stirs suspects and the committee shouldn’t evade its judicial duty.
