Cairo Appeal Court, headed by Judge Ibrahim Ahmed Ibrahim, postponed considering the lawsuit filed by Alaa and Gamal Mubarak against Judge Osama Al Sa’eedy, till October 14th to submit official proxy that disclaims the lawsuit. The investigative judge Osama Al Sa’eedy was delegated by the ministry of justice to investigate the corruption case of Pilot Association’s land.
In a session lasted more than 10 minutes, the defense of Alaa and Gamal Mubarak called for disclaiming the lawsuit against Judge Osama Al Sa’eedy, the investigative judge who is delegated by the ministry of justice to investigate the corruption case of Pilots Association’s land.
