Tesla new car registrations in Sweden rise by 9%

Tesla’s new car registrations in Sweden rose by nine percent in December in comparison to the year before, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

Industry data showed that the company’s market share grew during the past month as well, to reach 6.1 percent from 4.6 percent.

Data from Sweden’s auto industry association, Mobility Sweden, said that 1,789 new Tesla cars were registered in December.

According to the data provided, the cars went up from 1,645 during the same month in 2022.
