Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks and his wife, actress Rita Wilson, who both recovered from coronavirus, have donated plasma to help in the fight against the pandemic.
The famous actor and his wife contracted coronavirus while on a trip to Australia in March.

Now that they were confirmed to carry antibodies, the couple decided to donate their blood and plasma for research.
The well-respected actor even joked about their donations, saying he would like to call it the “Hank-ccine.”
