Türkiye Limak wins $767mln tender to develop Kuwait airport

Kuwait has awarded a tender for Türkiye-based Limak Group to carry out construction of Terminal 2 at its international airport, worth 236 million dinars ($767 million), according to Reuters quoting Kuwait’s Al-Youm Official Gazette.

The Turkish company won the tender despite offering the fifth lowest price. The other competitors who submitted lower-priced bids were excluded for not conforming to the conditions and specifications, the statement added.
